Happy Birthday Paul!

Paul turns 31 on May 24th.

Here are some things I love about Paul: He's handsome, funny, charming, athletic, witty, hard-working, caring, strong, dependable and easy going.

He's not afraid to get his hands dirty. He's always willing to lend a hand to help someone. He makes the best risotto, chicken, pie crust, crab cakes, chevre tarts and anything BBQ I've ever had. He has an infectious laugh. He knows how to have a good time. He's truly an amazing man and is going to be an amazing father. I love you, Paul.

Happy Mother's Day

To my mom and all mom's out there: Happy Mother's Day! You are the caretakers of the world, and what keeps families together. I'll be joining you soon!

My Shower

My friend Monica had a baby shower for me last weekend. It was so much fun. The girls downed about 5 bottles of champagne (and some wine). The food was awesome (it should be- Monica and I both live with chefs)! Thank you everyone who came and thank you Monica for throwing me and baby a wonderful party.

Also, my mom came for a visit. She helped me get the nursery started and gave me a wealth of knowledge on being a mother. Thanks for everyone, Mom. I love you.
