Photo Shoot

Michelle took a bunch of pictures (naturally) while she was here. My sister has a true gift. She captures the best shots of Lia. I've estimated that between all the family members there has to be about a thousand pictures taken of Lia so fair. Is that crazy or normal!! Anyway, love the pictures my sis took. I will cherish all of them.

We all had such a great time with you (Paul too, I just didn't have a picture of the two of you). Thanks for traveling (again) to see us. I promise, we'll come to PGH soon. I'm so grateful for the time we spent together and can't wait for the next time. Happy Birthday, Sista! You rock!

The many faces of Lia

Lia is 7 months old already. She is sitting up better and getting closer to crawling (she's still stationary which I'm told to enjoy as long as it lasts). She does roll around ALOT which has resulted in her first bump on the head. She rolled right into the rocking chair! She said her first 'word' the other day. It was Dada. Paul is very proud. Lia is also showing a little more interest in solid food. She never eats much more than a few bites but I think she now 'likes' oatmeal, bananas and avocado. Next up on the try list will be asparagus, plums and maybe spinach...We are enjoying going to the library, music class, a tumble room where we play and taking Monkey for walks. I'm looking forward to nicer weather when we can spend more time outdoors and not be so bundled up (I know, I know, our weather is not as cold as our East Coast relatives)! All in all we are doing well. Enjoy the pics.
